Interim Pastor Daniel Johnson

Daniel serves as our Interim Pastor. Between growing up in the Navy and serving his adult life in the Air Force, Daniel has lived in and visited a myriad of places around the globe. These frequent God-directed moves recently brough him, along with his wife Shella and their three children, to our Mexico Beach congregation in 2024. In his youth, Daniel made the personal decision to accept Christ as his personal Savior and became burdened in 2021 by the call of God to complete “a second career” in the Air Force as a Chaplain. He now holds a BS in Religion from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity. His hobbies involve stories across all mediums, and a fervent search for truth in Scripture and History.
